Slight bitterness given by the torrefied malt which then yields aromas of coffee, caramel and chocolate. A full-bodied, smooth beer in keeping with the best traditions of Belgian brewing.

Love at first sight!
Pale ale, strong, dry, infused with orange peel. Strong notes of citrus and ripe fruit. Pleasant floral and peppery hints. Smooth and decisive. Persistent, delicately sour.
FLAVOUR:
The front half of the tongue is hit with an astringent citrusy sensation, but with a complete absence of bitterness in the throat. Very smooth beer, in the best tradition of Belgian brewing.

Brown beer with distinctive warm aromas. The main ingredient is the precious CHESTNUT HONEY sourced from the slopes of MONTE GRAPPA which sits right next to our brewery. A sweet-tasting, full-bodied ale with a pleasantly bitter finish. A meditation ale ideal for cellaring to let it mature.
FLAVOUR:
Over-arching chestnut honey flavour, torrefied, bitter herbs, slight acidity conferred by the roasted malt, caramel, hop bitterness balanced by the torrefaction. The complex bitterness is created by the blend of honey, roasted malt and hops. Full-bodied.
APPEARANCE:
Foam: beige, compact, persistent, fine; liquid: dark, free from suspended solids, possibly with a yeast haze. Fine perlage.
