Description: Pecorino has become the hottest selling white wine in Italy. Mostly due to its balanced nature of big fruit and alcohol together with a touch of minerality and refreshing acidity. Fruity notes of pear, peach and almond abound with a long finish.
Appearance : bright lemon yellow of medium intensity with a greenish edge
Nose : fine fruity notes of pear, peach and almond combined with aromas of lavender and wild fennel and a mineral touch of wet stone.
Palate : excellent concentration of fruit with excellent balance and tension between the intense aromatic part, the refreshing acidity and the moderate alcohol content. Quite long and elegant finish.
